To be honest, I think we’ve finally made it. We can all quit our jobs, do nothing but work and live for the band and play huge stadium shows. Why? Because we finally have our very own Facebook fan group, that’s why! It goes by the lovely name of The 8th heart of The O'Reillys and the Paddyhats. How to become a member of this elusive group? Simple. You simply down a glass of your finest single malt and must repeat the name The 8th heart of The O'Reillys and the Paddyhats without a mistake in the period of 30 seconds. After an incredible summer of great festivals with absolutely great venues (take our last trip to the Azores for instance or our show at the Werner-Rennen) 2020 is already shaping up to be another fantastic year for us. The St. Patrick’s Day weekend is already planned and confirmed which means that you will also shortly find out where you will be spending the greatest holiday of the season. We’ll tell you where to get your tickets after a short commercial break.

A look back on our festival summer 2019

Even though we still have the Terra Anno-Festival coming up in September, which we are absolutely looking forward to, the festival summer is slowly but surely coming to an end. What a spectacular summer we had, with breath taking locations and wild crowds at all our shows. We put together a few memorable impressions for you lads and lassies, enjoy!

Did you know that…

When we visited Russia for our very first show in Moscow, Sean had absolutely no f****** idea what weather would be expecting him. Dressed to perfection for the upcoming occasion he seemed to have expected sunshine, mild temperatures and a whiff of spring air along the way. Well, reality hit him hard with temperatures dropping below zero and snow storms draping the red square in Moscow into a white and cold winter wonderland. In the following video you can enjoy Sean discovering the Russian metropolis wearing nothing but a light college jacket while the rest of the band and crew are snuggled up in their thick and cozy jackets…
