Nominations are open for players, coach and managers for teams for the 2020 Ballarat Australian National Championships
30th March-5th of April 2020

Uniform Requirements are needed as part of your nomination so we can order items in a timely fashion
The form is only eligible once all the steps have been completed and all associated information has been submitted.
The nomination fee of $300 will need to be deposited at the time of submitting this nomination to;
