Greetings Dear Foodie & Wine-centric Friends,
In only 3 weeks from now, celebrating Fall's arrival, & all of our neighbors' return to Town, we are hosting our Next Dinner Party of 2019, Friday, Sepember 27th, 7:30pm in our attractive wine shop, Tiburon Wine, conveniently located on tony Main Street, downtown bucolic Tiburon!
Come join us for an evening featuring once again, our talented pal, Chef Omar Huerta, cooking his version of a continentally-inspired California Cuisine themed feast guaranteed to check all your fondest fine-food-related boxes!
We have now worked with Chef Omar 8 times this past couple of years. Each event better than the last!
Since last we worked with Omar in February, he has assumed the lofty position of Corporate/Executive Chef for the SF-based restaurant group that owns The Grotto, Tarentino's SF, & The Barrel House Tavern Sausalito. So he's a busy guy & not quite as available as we would like.
For us, on this night, Omar will once again be fashioning his favorite personal style of cuisine that is uniquely Californian, innovative as you please, & absolutely farm-to-table sourced. Inspiring some great wine pairing opportunities for your humble wine merchant to once again attempt to rise to the occasion.
(hint: We will be up to the task!)
Chef Omar will forage his favorite local purveyors for the finest produce & protein Autumn in Marin has to offer, to fashion a menu unlike any fare available anywhere else.
All served up here, in the intimate surroundings of our pretty-darned-pretty wine shop!
Paired with our selection of extraordinary wines from around the world (including, as always, a genuine Top-Class French Champagne!), this will be a Gourmet Feast (& Party) to be reckoned with!
(For one night only, we'll be the best darned restaurant in Marin!)
Our regular Pop-Up patrons, of which there are legions, would advise you to not miss this event!
Space is limited to 38 lucky diners & we expect demand to be high for those 38 coveted seats.
As an added bonus, we will be offering substantial discounts on our featured dinner wines, for our guests to take home for future use (offer valid this evening only).

The price is $150. per person complete, including 5-course menu, wine-pairings, tax and gratuity!

As ever, it is our absolute thrill to be able to present these dinner events for our friends' & clients' enjoyment. It constantly amazes us that we are the only ones in Marin to do these type of gatherings featuring Great Chefs, paired with Great Wines, in wonderful company!
This is what we do with our discretionary (& in-discretionary) income when we're not retailing fine wine items, and we love to share the joy with like-minded folks!
Omar, once again, is fired-up to do this gig (he absolutely loves doing it whenever we are lucky enough to "corral" him!), & we are very much looking forward to yet another truly reference evening of gastronomic bliss & good cheer with you!
