😍 My Oh My, City O’ City
City O’ City is mixing up its menu a bit, and we don’t think you’ll be disappointed. Check out the seitan-based vegan chicken parmesan sandwich they teased on IG, and try not to get Peyton Manning’s “chicken parm you taste so good” jingle stuck in your head. They’ve got some other plant-powered additions that you’re going to want to check out, too, like a vegan omelette and banana bread french toast.

🔥 Core Progressing
Denver-favorite small group and personal training spot Core Progression is making moves in Colorado and beyond. Their grand openings in Boulder and Lakewood happen later this month, followed by RiNo next month and Cherry Creek next year.

🍺 Gluten-Free In Golden
If you eat (or drink) gluten-free, you’re going to want to get to Golden this weekend. Colorado’s dedicated gluten-free brewery, Holidaily Brewing Company, is hosting a Saturday afternoon full of gluten-free food trucks and (actually good) gluten-free beer, plus music, raffles, games, and more!

💪 Compete With Purpose
Get ready to test your athleticism because the D10, a decathlon for normal people, is coming to Colorado next weekend. It’s happening at Potts Field on the CU campus, and it involves ten events that’ll take you right back to your middle school gym days. But this time, it’s for a good cause, not a grade. All funds raised benefit Children’s Hospital Colorado.

🍁 For When You Fall
The only fall you want in your life is the one with football and PSLs. But if you do happen to have an accident, know that there’s a safety net for those in CO. Local health care provider Kaiser Permanente takes guessing out of the “am I covered” game with one easy-to-use package, so you can get quality health care when and where you want it, regardless of what life throws your way.

A Sweet Spot
If it’s sweets you’re craving, get ready to head to the DU neighborhood to check out a brand new dessert cafe opening later this month. The Sweet Spot will offer traditional desserts alongside other fun sips like boozy shakes and dessert cocktails. Expect lots of local partnerships from the likes of Glacier Ice Cream and Azucar Bakery.
Fancy Food + Wine
Get your taste buds in gear because the Denver Food + Wine Festival is taking over the city starting mid-week and running through this weekend. Expect some of Colorado’s best restaurants paired with the finest booze you can find. They’re setting up shop at the Pepsi Center and have a whole lineup of events to choose from.

Shoutout to Emily Schromm for leading her first retreat this weekend. Unsurprisingly, it sold out in a matter of minutes. The self-proclaimed “Meathead Hippie” has made a big name for herself in the wellness world with multiple businesses — from a weighted workout pack to a line of herbal teas.

Shoutout to @paleomg, aka Juli Bauer, for launching her new line of workout threads with @fourathletics. She’s pretty legit in both fitness and fashion worlds, so we’re thinking it’s gonna be good.
