Keep flags, election signs out of condo windows (AdvocateDaily.com)
Condo dwellers who want to show their support of candidates in political elections should do it in a way that doesn’t involve posting signs in windows or common areas of the building, advises Toronto condominium lawyer Warren Kleiner.
     
'Respect severely lacking': Garbage concerns piling up in Waterloo (The Record)
Students returning to the Sage 6 condo on Hemlock Street in Waterloo are being advised by property management that dumping will no longer be tolerated. “Your condominium has continued to experience issues with people not taking their garbage to the correct location,” reads an undated notice posted by the Waterloo Standard Condominium Corporation.
