Bixby Knolls Strategic Plan
To address the sunsetting of the redevelopment funds that the BKBIA has received for the last 8 years, the city is bringing in a consultant team to help identify new funding sources that will help us maintain the level of services and programming we can offer. Such as: security patrols, Clean Team, façade improvements, safety lighting, landscape projects, district branding, promotion, and marketing First Fridays and other events.

Announcing the return of Putt-Putt in the Knolls 2019 – Sunday, October 27th from 2-5pm
Theme: “Sunday Funday” – will be a "fun" raiser for the Leadership Long Beach Youth Program

Putt-Putt in the Knolls brought 150+ mini golf players to the 20 business locations in Bixby Knolls. After 17 years in downtown Long Beach and a hiatus of six years, the ‘wacky and fun’ miniature golf tournament came together and was brought to BK. Event sites were located at businesses in Bixby Knolls, golfers played the creative golf holes created by the business owners.
Would you be interested in participating by hosting a “hole” at your business (or teaming up with a neighboring business)? If so, please let us know ASAP so we can have the folks from Leadership Long Beach get you in the event loop.
