What to wear
It is recommended that you wear traditional Kerala attire but if you don’t want to, that is never a problem.
When to arrive
Sadya starts at noon (volunteers, you know you have a different schedule - right?). If you are a participant, we recommend you arrive early so that you have enough time to eat and then get ready to be in the performance mode. The last sitting for the Sadya will be at 2:00 PM.
What to do when you arrive
Please proceed to the building marked Onam Sadya in the map below. If you see a pookalam as you enter, you will know you are in the right place. There will be a row of tables to the right with red covers (KCSMW Front desk). Please check-in at the KCSMW front desk. Please have the email you received upon registering for Sadya tokens (email with the QR code) ready for easier check-in. In case it is lost, don't worry we will look you up.
Non Member Participants
Please do not forget to collect the difference between non-member and participant rates as a refund at the Front Desk. Please ask for it if we forget in the hustle-bustle of the day.
Cultural Showcase
The cultural showcase is a public event with free admission. Get your friends and colleagues to come see the Largest Thiruvathira in the US East Coast. Please share this URL with your friends and colleagues:
