TWLTC App: it turns out that an update to the online system changes the way courts are displayed (you can see a new column on the left-hand side that has links to specific dates over the next two weeks). This requires an update to the app which has now been completed and the new version of the app is with Apple for review. This usually only takes a day or two but the App will be out of action for a couple more days. We will send out the link once it is up and running.

Sessions in need of your support are the Thursday organised mix-in 8-9.30pm and the Friday mix-in 1-3pm.

Please note that if you have not yet paid your coaching invoice, you have a further 7 days to do so and we then add a 10% late payment fee. Please ensure that all coaching is paid for before term commences. This does not apply to those paying by Direct Debit.
If any subs are outstanding 28 days from your renewal date, your subs will be removed and, in accordance with our rules, you will be required to pay a joining fee.

All invoices for the autumn term should be paid by now. If you have not yet paid, please do so over the weekend. Please note that your coaching invoice will incur a 10% surcharge if not paid within two weeks of term commencing. If you wish to view your account history (including pending balances) please log on to our website, click on members/bookings,  your details and accounts.  You will see all transactions there.

TWLTC offers an extensive Adult and Junior coaching programme throughout the year. With over 50 junior and ten adult courses running throughout the week, we pride ourselves on having something for everyone. More information about our various courses can be found below:

Coaching payment methods can be found on our website, including Direct Debit forms. There is a 10% surcharge in place for all non-Direct Debit payments for coaching. 

You can request a place on our coaching programme online and one of our coaching team will be in touch to confirm it or please call the coaching team on 01892 525625 and speak to James Charman or Nicola Hudson. 

If groups are cancelled, we will email you so please keep an eye on your email. If you do not hear from us please assume that your coaching is on.


 
A reminder that we run a mix-in on Fridays between 1pm and 3pm. Please do come and give it a go.

We have eight spaces on next Thursday's organised mix-in. First come, first served.

Tennis Events Schedule
TWLTC has teamed up with an external agent to offer some additional mixed doubles for members. You can find full details here.

Charity Tournament & lunch (in aid of The Pickering Cancer Drop in Centre) - Monday 7th October in the morning.  Please sign up on Events page by Friday 27th September. 

Men over 45 and women over 40:  If you are interested in representing your county and/or enjoy playing competitive tennis, you may be interested in the Kent Seniors Singles & Doubles Tournament.  Click here for full details: Entries are open for the Kent Seniors Tournament  

The Tennis Café in Eastbourne will be running a Tennis Leaders course on Sunday 3rd November. If you are interested and are aged 13 or over, please apply here. TWLTC restringing service
Winter teams and fixtures will be sent out next week.

For those of you interested in attending the ATP at the O2 this year, the ATP Race to London for the Nitto ATP Finals is well and truly on with Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic having already secured their places at the season ending finale in London. LTA Lite Members can take advantage of up to 15% off tickets. We have eight grass courts open this weekend. Weather permitting, we hope to keep some grass courts open until the end of September. Kevin will gradually take the courts out of use from 16 September onwards.

We have a ball machine available
for hire at £5 per hour. A new battery has been fitted so it should be functionning well now. Please put it back on charge when you have finished.
