Kindly be informed that yesterday the Portuguese Parliament enacted Law 93/2019, of 4 September, introducing several amendments to the Labour Code approved by Law 7/2009, of 12 February, and its regulations aproved by Law 105/2009, of 14 September, and to the Social Security System Code, approved by Law 110/2009, of 16 September.
Law 93/2019 will enter into force on 1 October 2019.
