As if Clan Dyken Live in Concert wasn't amazing enough, Grove House proprietor Nate Pyle - who is also a long-time KRYZ supporter - is turning the concert into a Fundraiser for KRYZ Radio!!! Thanks so much, Nate!
So come on down and enjoy some great music while at the same time supporting KRYZ Radio.

Local Writers Wanted!
"Write to Read - Where Locals Read What They Write"
is looking for Local Writers!!!
Are you a writer? Doesn't matter if you are published or not, nor if you are a professional writer or only write for your own pleasure. Also doesn't matter if you write fiction, non-fiction, poetry, prose, Haikus, or whatever. Why not share your written words with the community on Write to Read, which is a Literacy Project being produced by the Mariposa County Library.
If you are interested, please contact Karen Dusek at the Mariposa Library at 209-966-2140 or at karen.dusek@mariposalibrary.org.
All submissions that are read on the air will be compiled into a printed volume at the end of the year.
KRYZ Mobile App Update
Clickhereto download mobile app for Android.
The iphone app should be available in the app store in a few days.

There is also a KRYZ Radio player on our Facebook page (only works on computer, not mobile), and on our website.
Additionally, KRYZ Mariposa Community Radio is also available for streaming onTunein.com.
KRYZ Transmitter Update We recently received our new transmitter and it was only just installed and is going through bench testing. So far so good! Will continue to test to make sure everything is stable, after which we will be able to switch over to our new and much improved transmitter. Many Thanks to all of our listeners who contributed to try and help with the replacement cost, which was substantial.
We have a wonderful resource with the Mariposa Area Events Calendar at https://www.mariposacalendar.com/, an interactive, searchable and sortable calendar that can be searched by date, location, event type, etc., and the search displayed in different ways. Most importantly, anyone can add their own events at any time for inclusion on the calendar.
KRYZ has "embedded" a fully functional "live" version of the Calendar on our website at https://www.kryzradio.org/mariposa-area-events.html, where anyone can use it to conduct searches and make events submissions.
We also embedded the community calendar on our Facebook page under the tab entitled "Community Calendar" (https://www.facebook.com/KRYZRadio/app/208195102528120/
but that special tab is only visible on the computer -- not via mobile. (Please note that on Facebook, the "Search" field is to the right of the "Submit Event" button, but you can type into it.)
Now anytime you are on the KRYZ Radio website or KRYZ Radio Facebook page, and want to know what is happening that week or weekend, you can easily access the community calendar to see what's going on or to submit your own events.
KRYZ Radio thanks its listeners, underwriters, sponsors, and volunteers,
for all the support.
