I can now say quite confidently that the unfortunate lash issues experienced at the end of June/beginning of July were most certainly due to the faulty batch of glue which may also have been exasperated by fluctuating temperatures. This was unbeknown to me at the time, until I received similar feedback which made me realise that there was something not quite right.
I know that I've spoken to most of you in person and that you've now had some great results with the new glue, but I just wanted to send this follow up email in the hope that it delivers complete reassurance that the 'blip' experienced a month or so ago has now been rectified.
