Lash Clients Notice - Update!

Dear Client,

Further to my last email in regard to a rare issue relating to some accelerated lash fallout experienced a month or so ago, I am very happy to share with you some of the recent positive feedback and fabulous results since using the new, reformulated eyelash glue. (Please note that none of the text messages are from today, I took screenshots of them on the day received).

As you can see below, there are three separate examples of positive feedback received via text messages plus photographs which speak for themselves! The picture on the far bottom right was actually only taken today showing how amazingly full the lashes still look after three weeks and then after the infill...
I can now say quite confidently that the unfortunate lash issues experienced at the end of June/beginning of July were most certainly due to the faulty batch of glue which may also have been exasperated by fluctuating temperatures. This was unbeknown to me at the time, until I received similar feedback which made me realise that there was something not quite right.

I know that I've spoken to most of you in person and that you've now had some great results with the new glue, but I just wanted to send this follow up email in the hope that it delivers complete reassurance that the 'blip' experienced a month or so ago has now been rectified.
