Nikos Cakes Fairfield
An iconic fixture known for sweetening Melbourne’s palate since 1987 through a bustling cafe and award-winning cake creations, Nikos Quality Cakes have launched a new location in Fairfield Melbourne, where they will be serving up hot meals, pastries and more of their signature cakes.
We are excited to see how far the space has come and the progress that has been made as we have worked closely to source the best equipment for their fit out. This has included mixers, burners, freezers and display fridges plus a chocolate tempering machine which will bring their creations to the next level.

Introducing some Australian Hospitality businesses...
A fixture on Chapel street in Prahran for over 30 years, Caffé e Cucina have upgraded their kitchen equipment with a new 6 range burner gas stove and oven. The menu focuses on hearty pastas and traditional Italian fare as they live up to their reputation as an icon Italian restaurant. Marco Pierre White even chose it as one of his favourite Melbourne diners! If you drop by, we highly recommend the Tagliatelle al Ragù.

Bellevue Cottage by Antoine are now serving dinner service. Antoine's famous steaks are making a comeback and they're using a Flexikitch supplied dry aging cabinet well. Angus Rib Eye and Tomahawk steaks make an appearance alongside Wagyu from the Rangers Valley. We can't wait to visit and try it for our self!

The Hub Australia have a new office space located on Nicholson Street, a short walk away from the Parliament station. Not just your regular co-working space, they have an on-site cafe, exercise space and kitchen for members. Flexikitch is proud to have supplied a variety of equipment which is located in their stunning office. Who wouldn't enjoy working with such a view.

Tazios have been serving the Melbourne CBD with hearty Italian food and pizzas ever since 2005. A great spot for gatherings and parties, they seat up to 240 people across 2 floors. After undergoing major renovation to rejuvenate the space earlier this year, they are now located in Collins Square and back in business.
