Use these practices daily to feel confident, to feel deep appreciation and love of yourself; and to be autonomous and self-empowered because of what thoughts and feelings you choose to hold.
Our rearing and societal influences may have taught us to look to others for approval and to feel loved, valuable and worthy. We may also look to our existing love relationship to feel complete and to prove to others and our self that we are desirable and good enough. We also look to our partner to love us in the ways that we need to be loved; and often without communicating our unrealistic expectations of them.
