The Scoop and Wills & Daniel collaboration is win win for our producers and our customers. Scoop is now focussed on growing produce and working with other producers throughout South Australia to increase the diversity, quality and supply of regional food. Wills & Daniel are the wholesale and distribution arm of the business. With the combined resources we are able to increase SA's capacity to grow produce that comes directly from the farm to you.

Chive flowers have just started at Jill's farm in Hindmarsh Valley and will go for a few months.

Fresh pink peppercorns from Aldinga have a real zing and juiciness.

Our fresh cut cress is just loving the bit of warmth spring is bringing. Pictured here is the mustard cress. It has such good flavour for such a little plant. We pick it fresh three times a week into punnets for orders and we also add it to the petite salad mixes.

In the coming months this list will be on line and will reflect growing methods and place of origin.

To ensure our produce gets to you in the best condition and has an excellent shelf life, we either wash lightly or not wash at all our most delicate produce.
Our salad mixes are an exception - they are ready to serve.

Order for all of the above is midnight the night before.

One week left for Scoop Farm Gate as we know it. 30th September is the last day we will be at Paddys Row and then it's off to Penny's Hill Winery from the October long weekend. In the meantime we are stocked up with some real local treats.
