The MSA hosts Weekly Jumuah(Friday prayer) and CONNECT discussion circles. We also have events almost every week ranging from Game nights to a BBQ on Kresge. If you would like to know more you can visit the MIT MSA Website. Also, sign up for our mailing list here (http://msa.mit.edu/join) if you’d like to know what we’re up to!!
The MIT English as a Second Language Program for Service Employees
Looking for volunteers to tutor night shift employees one hour/week or to fill in for the regular weekly tutors as needed. No experience is required, just a good command of English and an interest in helping individuals whose first language is not English.
Tutoring takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 - midnight beginning Tues., Sept. 23.  The semester runs through the week of Dec. 13.
This is an opportunity to make a real and positive difference.
