We envision a world where all communities have the courage to dream, the skills to build, and the resources to own our future.

Our mission is to advance black youth through personal and professional development, working alongside them to rehabilitate vacant properties, creating affordable homes and thriving communities.

We sell the homes we build at rates that enable residents to become first-time homeowners, and have been working to secure better modes of financing to help particularly disadvantaged populations build wealth. We have proven the model of the youth program over two years, each year working on a different property. This summer we expand operations to take on two properties -- in preparation for the launch of our community development project. We envision a world where all communities have the courage to dream, the skills to build, and the resources to own our future. If you share our vision, please do not hesitate to ask us about ways we can work together.

Local Partnerships: Dream Builders 4Equity recently added a cafe in Eyeseeme African American Children Bookstore, rehabbed Wesley House Association, a local non-profit, and had the pleasure of learning the process of larger projects as we sat in on the Commerce Bank development in CWE.
