Please join us for a congregational meeting following the worship service. The purpose of the meeting will be to consider the following motion: “The Mt Carmel Lutheran Church congregation gives powers to the Church Council to complete negotiations with an entity to be formed by Arpad Soo, Tim Rhonda, Brian Starr and their respective spouses as principals for sale of a portion of the Mt Carmel Lutheran Church property based on the tenants of the current Letter of Intent dated August 14, 2019.”
COOKIES FOR THE CONCERT Sunday, Sep 29
We will continue our fundraising at the concert by offering cookies during intermission. If you are willing to make a ’sweet’ contribution, please bring cookies to church on Sunday morning, September 29, and mark them CONCERT. Store-bought cookies are okay.

Iglesia Luterana Santa Cruz Food Panty
The seasons are changing to fall and winter. Many of the members of Santa Cruz, Holy Cross church, will not be able to work in the fields for a period of time. They will rely on supplies that have been gathered into Santa Cruz’ pantry until they can begin working in the fields again. We will start collecting specific food items to help replenish their pantry supply during October. Stand by for details. Questions call Pat Forrest, 805-541-4799.
