The U.S. Navy has submitted their Tank Upgrade Alternatives and Release Detection Decision Document to the Department of Health.  While we received the original (unredacted) version on September 9, 2019 and, in fact, the cover letter attached to that document is dated September 9, 2019, we did not receive the electronic redacted version until September 18, 2019.  The Navy provided the redacted version so that it could be made public and needed time to remove procurement sensitive information. Procurement sensitive information is information that directly relates to the integrity of the federal procurement process (contracting for goods and services) and, pursuant to federal law, may not be publicly disseminated.
