Thanks for expressing your interest in our fitness classes for mums! We have an incredible community of like minded women who are looking forward to exercising with you soon. The most important thing to remember right now is that everyone has been in your position at one time. If you're feeling nervous, it's perfectly normal. But I promise as soon as you walk in the doors for the first time, we will help you feel at home and you'll be kicking yourself for not coming along sooner! 

All of our classes are designed with your incredible Mum body in mind and we work hard to ensure you are well taken care of both physically and emotionally. We are pre and postnatal qualified and accredited and we work closely with a women's health physio to ensure you are looked after in the best possible way, as you regain your fitness rebuilding from the inside out. 

Our trial period for Term 2 runs from April 26th - May 17th and all our classes are at the St Paul's Presbyterian Church next to the Mini Golf in Feilding. 

You are invited to trial any classes for $10 each, however you must book in to each class you'd like to try.
