Hi <<My First Name is>>

Some very serious people have lately come out against meaning, passion and happiness at work. Most recently a philosophy professor argued that you should see work as your duty, not your passion.

That's nonsense, of course :) In this newsletter we explain why you should absolutely seek passion in your work. Here are the headlines:
  • Should your work be duty or passion? (Pssst: The answer is passion).
  • Announcing an extra CHO Academy December 8-11 in Copenhagen
  • Get a free ebook on how to best measure happiness at work
  • Get access to 40 online keynotes on happiness at work this week - completely free

Should your work be duty or passion? (Pssst: The answer is passion).

In an opinion pice in the New York Times, a philosophy professor argues that you should not approach work as your passion but as your duty. Looking for passion at work, he says, will make you stressed and is bound to fail anyway.

I think that’s complete nonsense! I know – what a shocker :)

Here’s why we should absolutely seek meaning, passion and happiness at work:

Should work be duty or passion? (Pssst: The answer is passion).

Extra Chief Happiness Officer Academy announced for December

Our regular CHO Academy in June sold out very quickly and had a long waiting list so we added an extra one in November which also sold out. So we added an extra extra Academy in Copenhagen on December 8-11.

If you want a deep dive into the theory and practice of creating happy workplaces then this is the training for you. But hurry - we've already sold the first tickets to the December Academy.

Previous participants loved the training, and said things like:

“Without a doubt, the best training I have ever experienced.”

“I came back to my organisation full of ideas, plans and time lines on how, who and when this was going to happen.”

“An inspiring and energising academy. LOVED every moment of it.”

Read more about the CHO Academy and get your tickets here.
