Available from The Stone Arch Bridge Initiative for Educational Resources (SABIER) is a digital High School Chemistry Textbook.  This textbook is OER with a license of CC BY NC so you are welcome to adapt it as you need.  It was developed in the Learning Management Moodle and is now placed on AEA Learning Online's moodle server for you to preview and download to use in your LMS.  Even though it was developed in Moodle, you could import it into other LMS.
