HELP for Today, HOPE for Tomorrow

Youth Programs Are Spreading

We are excited to announce that we have hired two Commonwealth Corps Young Leaders Network Coordinators, Georgiana Condon & Shannon Hammond. Shannon and Georgiana will be taking a year to serve the Young Leaders Network. They are excited to strengthen the YLN community, address unmet needs, and increase volunteerism.

A message from Shannon: "I decided to serve with the foundation after walking through my own epilepsy journey the last three years. I wanted to make a difference for others in the epilepsy community by letting them know that they are not alone. In this next year with Epilepsy Foundation New England, I'm really excited about coming together with others from the Young Leaders Network as a team and seeing how much we can accomplish to make life better for people affected by epilepsy."

36th Annual Candlelight Dinner & Auction

We are excited to announce our guest speaker at our Gala this year will be Kurt Eichenwald, Author, A Mind Unraveled. A Mind Unraveled is an inspirational, true story about Kurt Eichenwald, who was diagnosed with epilepsy when he was in college. The story shows Kurts battle to pursue his dreams despite being diagnosed with epilepsy. He covers everything from fear and denial to his long journey of searching for the right treatment. A Mind Unraveled is an inspirational read about the heroic actions of a brilliant neurologist and the family and friends who fought for Kurt Eichenwald.
Tickets to our Gala are now available here.
