Film Set Workshop, Friday, Sept. 20, 9:30 AM, Rood 55
This Friday's workshop with your peer academic advisor, Sierra Stoltzfus, will be about familiarizing yourself with on-set positions. She will be emphasizing the importance of helping on student sets to gain experience and meet upperclassmen. There will also be opportunities for you to get connected with students looking for PAs, grips, ACs, etc for projects this semester.

Coca-Cola Regal Film Competition Webinar, Thursday, Sept. 19, 9 AM, Studio A
The School of Cinema and Media Arts has been invited to participate for the second year in a row in the exclusive competition that sees it's winners work on the big screen! Review the program brief here. Turn in your script(s) to the CMA office for review before submission. Early submission is on September 20, and final submission is on October 9. Make sure you attend the Webinar on September 19th, 9:00 AM in Rood 55 for a chance to talk with the head of the competition to ensure your submission is the strongest.
