It is important to arrive at the race venue with sufficient time to get your relay team organised and touch base prior to your run. Cloth bibs must be worn, front and back, and this is in addition to your relay specific, team identification (distributed on the day).

Each team needs a timer - runners please do bring someone who can help with this. It may be that some teams will need to time themselves and complete the appropriate form for submission to AthsVic post race on Saturday. Clipboards and instructions for this very straight forward process will be available prior to race time.

At this early stage the weather is not looking ideal - cool with some rain. There's no Geelong tent at the Tan so please come prepared for the conditions.
