Clear Google Chrome's Cache to Delete Temporary Internet Files
Problem/Issue: Web sites and web applications such as Infinite Campus, i-Ready, Odysseyware and other web app learning platforms do not function or display as intended.

Cause: Copies of outdated web pages, images, programming code, invalid URLs in history, cookies, etc. are stored on the local computer. When visiting sites, cached files are loaded in the browser instead of the new or updated pages.

Resolution: Clear Google Chrome's internet cache to delete old pages and programming code and force the web browser to reload site pages.

Step 1: Open the settings — Launch Google Chrome and press and hold SHIFT+CTRL+DEL until the Clear Browsing Data window appears.

Step 2: Set time range to "All Time":— Click on the Advanced tab and set the Time Range field to "All Time".

Step 3: Select items to purge — On the Advanced tab, select all items except for Passwords and Autofill form data.

Step 4: Purge web history data — Click the Clear Data button. When the process is complete, close and relaunch Google Chrome.
