The below message was revised form our Freeport Terminals operators.
 
Due to Tropical Storm Imelda impacting the Texas Gulf Coast with winds and heavy hourly rainfall totals Port of Freeport has informed us that all Port offices/operations are closed as of this morning. HTS will continue to monitor the situation and return to normal operations once we receive the all clear from the Port. Our utmost priority is to ensure the safety of our staff at this time.
