Ready for Zentangle?
As many of you know, on April 8, 2018, my world was turned upside down when a madman killed my husband and burned my house down.

(Sorry for dropping the bombshell if you were unaware. But there is no easy way to share that news.)

I have been struggling to find a balance and figure out what this "new normal" means. I think I am ready to begin sharing Zentangle again, but I could really use your help.

First, if you have any notes, handouts, or examples from previous classes, could you please take a picture and send me a copy? One of the irreplaceable things I miss the most is my eight years worth of lesson pans, notes, and class samples. Just reply to this email and I will get it.

Second, since I have lost all of my teaching and art supplies, I am thinking of going back to basics and making my classes more about the Zen and less about the art. I am envisioning a shorter class, perhaps an hour and a half where I would teach 2-3 tangles and we would complete one meditative tile. Is that something you think you would enjoy? If not, do you have suggestions or preferences?

Finally, if you take classes at the Upper Arlington Senior Center, do you prefer classes Monday mornings, Wednesday mornings, or Wednesday afternoons?

I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you in advance for your help and I can't wait to see you again.
