USA Hockey IntelliGym™ enhances your attention allocation and improves your working memory...with a hockey specific focus. It will improve how the athlete processes information and makes timely decisions. USA Hockey IntelliGym:
- improves attention allocation involving multiple decisions
- improves focus, working memory; recall & retention
- improves spatial & situational awareness
- reduction in head impacts; injuries by 30%
Time & Space are critical components in hockey. Adding conflict in practice and supplementing with a program that enhances attention allocation is important. Combined with your on-ice practices, it as a helpful addition to your off-ice training. The feedback thus far has been positive by implementing the training program 1-2x a week, each 30min sessions.
