CAR WASH-O-RAMA!
Thanks to everyone who came out to get their cars washed just in time for the rain this week! We are so grateful for your time and dedication to the orchestra program at Tompkins! Special thanks to the moms and dads that came and sweat it out with Mr. Porter!

HOUSTON SYMPHONY OUTING!
Our Night at the Symphony will officially begin at 5:00 pm tomorrow following region cello sectionals. Please gather in the fine arts hallway and line up for role check. We will plan to leave around 5:15-5:20. Students have been divided into two buses. Please check your bus assignment tomorrow morning on the orchestra door. Dress is semi formal and you may bring backpacks and homework with you on the bus. Don't forget some cash for Memorial City food court.

SPIRIT NIGHT
Tuesday, September 24th Raising Cane's on Gaston is sponsoring a spirit night benefitting the Tompkins Orchestra program. Take your family out for a delicious evening meal and be sure to mention you are there to support the OTHS Orchestras. A portion of the proceeds go directly to the Tompkins Orchestra Friends Booster Club.

ALL-REGION CLINICS
Just a quick reminder region clinic rehearsals are required attendance if you are planning to tryout for all-region orchestra on October 12th. 

DONOR CIRCLE
Our beginning of the year donor circle drive deadline is this Friday. Please turn in all of your paperwork to the box by this date. Of course it is OK to turn this information in later however we cannot guarantee that we will have the business information in our first program if turned in after September 20th. Donor Circle Information

DISNEY PAYMENT #3
The latest installment for the spring trip to Orlando was due today. If you did not get a chance to bring that payment please bring that ASAP. Please see you trip contract for payment information.

FUN FOOD FEST!
The next orchestra student social is Friday, September 27th. Bring your favorite dish to share and enter into our fun food fest contest. We hope to see everyone there!
