ENACTUS DUT REACH FINALS AT THE ENACTUS WORLD CUP IN USA
Enactus Durban University of Technology (DUT) are flying the University flag high, reaching the final round at the Enactus World Cup in USA, last night, 18 September 2019.
The Enactus DUT team of students from both the Durban and Midlands campuses have competed against the National Champion Teams from 36 countries each showcasing their social entrepreneurship projects from the 16th to 18th September 2019 in San Jose, California (USA).

The charismatic fifth-year Durban University of Technology Chiropractic Master’s student is the proud recipient of the esteemed 2019 Abe Bailey Travel Bursary.
The Durban University of Technology’s (DUT’s) Deputy Vice-Chancellor: People and Operations, Dr Isaac Machi recently participated in the International Association of University Presidents (IAUP) Leadership Workshop held in Aalborg, Denmark.

DUT HOSTS A SUCCESSFUL ‘WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP’ HIGH TEA
The Department of Information and Corporate Management in collaboration with the Office of the DVC: Research, Innovation and Engagement were proud to host a Women as Entrepreneurs, Scholarly Leaders and Champions of Change High Tea. The event was held on 27 August 2019, at the DUT Hotel School, Riston Campus.
The event saw the launch of the short course “Women in Leadership”.
IT STUDENTS RECOGNISED FOR THEIR ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE
The Durban University of Technology’s (DUT’s) Information Technology (IT) department hosted their Annual Awards Ceremony last Wednesday, 11 September 2018 at the Mansfield Hall, Ritson Campus.
These awards form part of the various initiatives by the IT department to encourage and motivate students to excel in their academic work. Every year top performing students for all levels of study are awarded for their outstanding work and dedication.
