Advent begins on Sunday, December 1, 2019! What does Advent mean to you?

We often define Advent as the four Sundays before Christmas set aside to prepare for Christ’s coming. For me, Advent is a revolutionary time to prepare for Christ reign (a better world). Every Advent, I am reminded that the world is not as it should be nor as it will be. And I ask myself: what can I do to help build the world that would welcome and embrace Christ’s dream?
