We have launched version 3.94 - with an updated firmware - please update to tablet app version 4.37 and remember to let the tablet update the dealer's firmware (to version 3.05.06).
We have in this new version made changes to the tablet's internet resource requirements and it should be an advantage for users will limited internet speed. We have also in the firmware's reduced power slightly for the card push and pull mechanism.
I have been asked about the difference between manual and automatic calibrations - the manual is more precise as the cards have to be sorted in advance a specific order. We save when you have done a manual calibration and if recent no automatic will be done unless triggered by our analysis.
We are receiving very nice feedback from many users around the world

Notice - it requires you update and calibrate - If you have not updated we contract you when you play and if we do not see the same results we will also be in contact!
We have also updated the web server:
- We have added options to define vacant pair with a click - and to change vacant pair or re-insert players (remove vacant)
- We have made further improvements to the monitor streaming feature - For large tournaments, where the result lists can be difficult to fit into one page, we now have an option to either split the result page into more pages – or to scroll the page after a small delay - as illustrated here (no names or results shown by purpose)
- Monitor page split options - the result tables are split into 2 or more pages shown, in case there are more lines on a page, than you specify on the “Number of lines on page” option. Make sure to fit the numbers. For instance, in a 42-pair tournament – 20 lines on a page would be a bad choice, as it would then split up in 3 pages – the third one only containing the last 2 pairs. Instead choose 21 lines on the page, and work on the zoom-factor to make the text fit on your actual display. This new split option means that the previous “Page number” option is now obsolete, and has been removed. Existing monitors are migrated using the “Scroll” option.
We have improved a number of our current features as well - for example
- Improved Add and Remove the functionality add / remove table functionality
- Team handling improvements
- BWS import improvement
Please remember to turn the dealer Off and On after the firmware update - and please ensure the dealer has a battery level of more than 20% before updating the firmware.
- Please notice due to the tablet software update - you will need to (or rather allow) the update of the tablet software when asked to Install. If you during install are asked to "Allow ... (2 times) then answer yes - especially on Huawei tablets. When asked please use this setting:
