Our Annual General Meeting, Awards Night and Pizza Dinner will be held at the Tsawout First Nation gym & auditorium on Sunday, September 29, at 5:00 pm.

Please RSVP here so we know how much pizza to order! The Club will cover the cost of dinner : )

All positions will be put to a vote at the meeting. If you would like more information about any of the positions or if you would like to nominate someone or put your own name forward we'd love to hear from you! Our club needs a strong executive to be successful. Please let us know if you are interested in running for any position.

GYMNASIUM FUN

Athletes/kids will be in the gym supervised by some of our senior swimmers and coaches while the board meeting is taking place.

Please bring balls and games, as our rental does not include access to sports equipment.

PIZZA DINNER

After the AGM, pizza, drinks and dessert will be served. The Club will cover the cost of dinner : )
