We need Cookie Dough!
In support of the Kairos Prison Ministry, CSP provides home baked cookies for the inmates during the Kairos Weekend at Ridgeland Correctional Institute.
|

The Youth have offered to bake the cookies for us on their next Youth service day on October 5th. So between now and Oct. 5th, we are asking for cookie dough to be brought to the church and placed in our freezer.

This is a beautiful opportunity for the whole family. We will dive deep into worship, teaching, and prayer ministry. After the message, Father Mark from Nigeria will lead a time of prayer ministry while the worship team offers extended worship.

The MegaZone has a new Yard!
Many thanks to Randy Gillespie for moving our playground fence to enclose the MegaZone. The safety of our children is a priority and the vestry thought it best to have the walkway from the main building to the MegaZone enclosed.

Moving the fence has helped our play ground look so pretty and inviting. Ms. Tapley and all of KidZone are so excited for this new opportunity for FUN!

After spending last Sunday learning how to SLLRP, this Sunday, the children of KidZone will use their new skills to slurp up God's Word by studying the 2nd sign in John.

Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a program designed to give you the skills to take care of yourself while caring for someone else. By taking care of your own health an well-being, you become a better caregiver. You will benefit from this class whether you are helping a parent, spouse, or friend who lives at home, in a nursing home, or across the country.

This class meets weekly at CSP on Wednesday for six weeks beginning October 2nd, ending on November 6th. Workshop is FREE but registration is required. The class size is limited so call today if interested.
