OneApp deadline for New Orleans families moved up by a month as district announces school changes
In a move to give parents more time to make plans for the following school year, New Orleans public school officials said the deadline to apply for schools through the centralized OneApp enrollment system has been moved up by a month for the 2020-21 school year. Read the full story here.

Charter group may lose Coghill school, six other charters face renewal
The NOLA Public Schools district this week warned Mary D. Coghill Charter School parents in a letter that the Better Choice Foundation — the nonprofit that has run Mary D. Coghill Charter School since 2013 — may not get a renewal on its charter with the district. Read the full story here.
