Week of Sept. 20:

Greetings to all of our GA families!

It’s hard to believe the third week of school as come and gone. We are looking forward to seeing all of you (parents/guardians only) at our State of the School Night next Monday, September 23rd at 6:30 pm. The evening will be full of information: update about our school, introduction of new staff, new initiatives, PTO and technology safety. We hope to see you there.

Have a wonderful weekend!
God Bless!

Bottle Blast
And the winner is....Right now Mrs. Podominick's class is in the lead.  We have about 4 more days to get them in. Bottles of - pop, Gatorade, cheese balls, ketchup, BBQ sauce, shampoo, etc.  Be creative like a bottle or jar filled with candy or even some money.  We just don't want bottles of water or anything that is expired or about to expire. Last year this game was played over 500 times. That means we need to collect 400-500 bottles.   Please remember no water bottles. Thank you for your donations to support our school.
Fall Festival Help

The Guardian Angels Fall Festival is just one week away!  There is a big need of our help.

It is important for us to give back to the church through service all throughout the year. Fr. Deziel has asked us to work the games at the Parish Festival on Saturday, September 28th. We need volunteers to sign up for either the 2-4 pm or 6-8 pm shifts for several games: Ring Toss, Lucky Dice & Baseball, Red-White-or-Blue Game, Fish Pond, Duck Pond & Plinko, Stoplight Sucker Pull & Tic-Tac-Toe. Middle School students may sign up to work with a supervising adult. Sign-up sheets are in the church and the school. Please prayerfully consider joining in on the fun.

Sign-up for the Fall Festival

Hi Everyone,

I'm still looking for a couple more people for this Sunday to help server donuts and coffee/juice.  Jim Smyth is picking up the donuts, I'm helping with set up at 8am.  Is anyone able to help with serving after the 10:30 and Noon Masses?  We need 2 families per time slot.
Depending on if there is someone that would want to help out with serving at 8am, I could serve after the 10:30am Mass.  Kids in uniforms please.   This counts towards volunteer time.  Please forward on to anyone that might be interested.

Serve after 8am and prep for 10:30am donuts
Serve after 10:30am and prep for Noon donuts
Serve after Noon Mass and clean up

Thanks,
Brenda Buckley Jones
