Levy consultation in Hawke's Bay next week

The second round of consultation meetings on the commodity levy order renewal began this week in Central Otago. The team will be back in the Hawke's Bay on Monday 23rd September, 4pm, The Function Rooms, Havelock North. It includes a biosecurity update. Read more.

Bacterial diseases: key report findings

In the last two issues of Prunings we pulled out some of the findings relating to brown rot and botrytis in summerfruit. This time we will look at some of the main points relating to the bacteria Pseudomonas syringae, (bacterial blast /canker) and Xanthomonas arboricola pv pruni, (bacterial spot). Read more.
