Online meditation group for teens
Pathways to Stillness: Everyday Mindfulness and Stress Management for Teens with Mick Neustadt begins Tuesday, September 24th from 8:15 to 9:15 pm, EST.
Mick has been part of iBme teen retreats in Virginia since 2011 and is offering a once-a-month opportunity for teens to connect.
Each session will include guided meditation, group discussion, and guidance on integrating mindfulness into daily life.
