On behalf of the Finance Team, I just want to say how grateful we are for all of you and your faithfulness in supporting our church with your gifts of time, talent and treasure. We are happy to report that because of your generous giving and taking on duties we would otherwise have to pay for, we have not only been able to keep up with our month-to-month bills, we have also been able to make great progress in paying down any past due bills. We are so grateful to God for his blessing on our church and congregation!
Community News:
Reminder that on Sunday, September 22nd we will have two more new members join us! Dennis and Phyllis' grandson, Rowan Hensen-Ellis will join us through the sacrament of baptism and Deanna Gossett will be renewing her membership at New Springs Community!
 This Sunday, September 15th is the last day the Clinic will be hosted at New Springs Community Church. This will also be moving day for Dr. Laura and the Clinic. If anyone is available to help, please meet at the church at 5:00 p.m. We wish God's richest blessings as she continues to serve our community!
THIS Saturday several of us will be at church to not only do our usual cleaning but also start going through some of the rooms to sort out things to put in our sale. We'll start at 9 a.m. and we would love to have you join us even if for only an hour. Maybe we can get Brian to play us some tunes to make it more fun! After all, its not really work when you're hanging out with family!
Church-Wide Sale: Saturday, October 26th
7-week Countdown! Assignment #1: Books!
Novels, cookbooks, children's books, any books! Go through your bookshelves and let go of all the ones you've read or the ones gathering dust in hopes of reading "someday." If you end up needing fewer bookshelves, we'll take those too!
Put those books in your car right now. Or, if you need someone to pick your items up, be sure and notify the church office. We'll be happy to help.
