PTO Meeting - Thursday, September 26

Join us for the first of only four PTO meetings.
We will plan for the Fall Festival. Please come and share your ideas! All parents/guardians and teachers/staff are invited to attend.

Children are welcome to read or play quietly on their personal electronics in the IMC while we meet.

Panera Dine Out & Donate Fundraiser -
Tuesday, October 1

Bring your family and friends out to eat at Panera and earn money for Hiawatha Elementary! Show this electronic version of the flyer to the cashier when you place your order and Panera will donate a portion of the proceeds from your purchase to Hiawatha. Gift card purchases and catering are not counted towards the event.

Family Movie Night -
Aladdin (2019)

The movie is FREE, and students are encouraged to bring blankets or something else to sit on. Concessions will be available. Doors open at 6, and the movie starts at 6:30. Students must attend WITH an ADULT; no drop-offs.

Friday, October 4 is also Spirit Day at Hiawatha Elementary. Students and adults are invited to wear school colors (Red & White) or school logo-wear.

Eventually, Box Tops will be digital-only. Participating brands are starting to change their packaging from a traditional Box Tops clip to the new Box Top label.

Every valid Box Tops clip is worth 10¢ for Hiawatha. Please clip neatly and check expiration date.
Traditional Box Tops clips are being phased out of production, but may continue to be found on many products throughout the store. You can still clip and send them to school.
