The Cato Institute and the John Locke Foundation invite you to join us Monday, October 21, for the North Carolina Criminal Law Reform Summit at the Umstead Hotel and Spa. This daylong summit seeks to engage all parties involved in the critical criminal law reform process that is underway in North Carolina. The summit will include speakers, panels, and opportunities for all parties to have their voices and perspectives heard. North Carolinians deserve a clear, direct, and transparent criminal law system, and now is the time for all parties to come together to shape this critical reform and deliver this promise.

  • Next Steps and Action Plan for Criminal Law Reform
