822 Go!

I have a simple and effective tool for you and some news!

We're just a few days away from opening the 822 Go! Community.

This will be a community of #822chatters, school leaders, and principals interested in solving real problems, growing as instructional leaders, and becoming better at culture crafting.

Imagine taking the best aspects of Twitter chats, Facebook groups, and PLC meetings (removing the noise and ads) and combining them into one exclusive community.

That's 822 Go!

At the beginning of September, I asked school leaders what would be your top 3 benefits from our professional community for school leaders?

The answers were resounding…

  1. Growth as an Instructional Leader
  2. Problem-Solving Current School Issues
  3. School Climate and Culture

These three focus areas will form the basis of our work together in 822 Go!

I'll share more about this opportunity in over the next three days via email. But now, I'd like to share a simple tool that has been so helpful for many school leaders.

In my work with administrators, I found out that time is the biggest constraint in your work!

Sure you could add time to the day by staying later and later…

But that neglects the rest of your life…self, family, friends, passion projects.

I use this little tool to help school leaders audit their time. New APs and veteran principals alike, say this tool is an eye-opener.

I'm looking forward to sharing more details about the coming opportunity such as who's already in the community, who we're partnering with, and how you'll get involved. Keep an eye on your email.

Also, leave me your thoughts in the comment section on the webpage. What do you think about the free tool, and what questions do you have about the coming 822 Go! Community?
