Bioinformatic Workflows in Snakemake & Nextflow

Time is running out to register for our next Townsville workshop which is being run in conjunction with EMBL-ABR.   This is a great opportunity to learn about snakemake & nextflow over a series of two workshops with the first starting in just under two weeks (25th of September).

This workshop would be valuable to anyone who works with command-line tools.  Even if you only do this occasionally you are likely to benefit from this workshop.  Tools like snakemake and nextflow are designed to help automate multi-step pipelines and are becoming more commonplace.  Even if you never write a pipeline yourself it is likely you will need to run one.
