Invitations Are Now Open for Expressions of Interest in Hosting the Irish Sailing Pathfinder Women at the Helm Regatta 2020 and 2021
The Irish Sailing Pathfinder Women at the Helm inaugural event at National Yacht Club last month was a resounding success. The atmosphere was like nothing we have ever experienced before and the feedback from participants, media and sponsors was incredible … they all want more.
We are now open to receive expressions of interest for hosting the Irish Sailing Pathfinder Women at the Helm Regatta in 2020 and 2021 from clubs and classes throughout the country.
Is your club interested in hosting this incredible event in 2020 or 2021 or would your class like to ensure they have a prominent presence?
As the event is for dinghy and keelboat sailors, the Irish Sailing Pathfinder Women at the Helm venue requires ...
- access for keelboats
- 2 race areas - one for keelboats and one for dinghies.
- availability on one of the preferred three weekends of last weekend in August, 1st or 2nd weekend September in 2020 OR 2021.
Every venue gives something different to an event and we are open to new ideas, but to see how 2019 was run you may like to take a scroll through the SIs and details from 2019 HERE
ACTION ...
If you think your club or class are interested, all you have to do is ...
We will then forward out a detailed event request document, along with information on the full event requirements etc.
It is hoped to announce venue and date before the end of September.
As a reminder of the 2019 event take a look at the closing article and photo gallery HERE.
