2020 ICD-10-CM and PCS
Update Webinar

September 25, 2019
11:00 AM - 1:00 PM ET
Welcome to 2020 ICD-10-CM/PCS Updates

It is that time of year again when CMS unleashes hundreds of new codes, revision and deletions. Will you be ready? Come and join us for this special webinar. In this webinar we will review the new codes, deletions and some tabular changes that could impact your MS-DRG reimbursement. We will also discuss what the documentation should look like on some of the new codes.

Lunch and learn with us at your desk while we discuss the 2020 ICD-10-CM/PCS Coding Updates.

What is in store for us with the coding update? We are looking at 273 new codes, 30 revised codes and 21 deleted codes for ICD-10-CM. The big news this year is not the number of codes but the number of CC/MCC changes that will go into effect. We will review coding guideline updates and discuss the CC/MCC changes and deletions. With these changes, complete and accurate documentation will be more important than ever.

Of course, we cannot leave out PCS. This year we will see PCS decrease from 78,881 to 77,559.  PCS updates will include 734 new codes, 2,056 deleted codes and 2 revised codes. We will cover the PCS guideline changes as well.

Mark your calendar because you do not want to miss this live event. Come learn and grow with us. This webinar is designed to help you understand the changes and be able to apply the changes to your coding world.

We look forward to seeing you at this live update.
