What's on your novel’s Original Soundtrack? Not your writing playlist, your NOVEL’s OST!
Oh, please tell me you have one! Without it, you may be neglecting an important opportunity for writing focus and mood development!

So, I've always had playlists for each novel, but I hadn't been using them how I should.

When I got stuck on my WIPs these last couple months, I finally turned back to them. And, OH MY GA! Suddenly, when I came up to the right songs, it's like the story would play out in my head. So, I would throw them onto repeat and just copy down what I watched. In two days, I got almost 3k words--putting me halfway through the book!

Where has this been all my life!

In your iTunes.

Well, yeah, but, I forgot about it, okay! 😑

My word of advice to you: create your OST and get focused with those songs on repeat. My post 👇🏽 looks more in-depth about how to pick your songs. Just in case you're still not sure how to start!

Playlist not working for you? Try these!
