Friends of Montclair Railroad Trail A non-profit volunteer community
Volunteer With Us!
September 21st, 9:00-11:00 AM Location: Bishop Ct. Entrance
(Shepherd Canyon end of the trail)
NOTE: Please park on Paso Robles - there is no parking on Bishop Ct.
After a summer hiatus it's time to tackle some trail maintenance. Please join us on Saturday, September 21st for an hour or two of good-spirited trail preservation.
We'll start at the Bishop Ct. entrance where you'll sign in and get instructions.
Activities will include brush removal, raking, sweeping, and general beautification and clean-up. We’ll supply tools, gloves and guidance. Don't forget sunscreen, water, and perhaps a hat.
Please join us in this community effort - our volunteers' time is invaluable and much appreciated! No experience is necessary and children accompanied by an adult are welcome.
We love our volunteers and we look forward to seeing you!
Coyote Alert!
Once again there have been recent reports of coyote sightings on the trail and throughout our neighborhoods. One such sighting reported on "Nextdoor" involved a "brazen coyote" who followed a woman and her two dogs for a brief distance on the trail. Please remember to keep your dogs on leash and to be alert.
