Rocky Mountain Vibes!

I had a fantastic time in Colorado last week! The weather was hot and beautiful with a crisp hint of fall in the early mornings. Some of the highlights of my busy, but restful vacation in Fort Collins were hiking around Horsetooth Reservoir, meditating in a salt room, exploring the shops of Old Town, and going to Yoga In The Square. One of my favorite memories was exploring Rocky Mountain National Park where the skies were a dramatic backdrop to the already magnificent mountain vistas. On the last day, my friend and I headed to the Denver Gem Show where I was pleasantly surprised to find a nice selection of singing bowls and gongs. I got to experience the feeling of standing inside a huge vibrating Tibetan singing bowl while having another one played on my head. Even with all the noisy chatter going on around me, it was an incredibly peaceful moment. The icing on the cake was a healing sound bath in downtown Denver that evening. It was an incredible week of self-care and fun!

Sound Therapy Concert
with BreAnna Martin, Sound Practitioner
Enjoy an hour of resetting your body, mind, and spirit with the relaxing sounds and vibrations of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, gong, BreAnna’s lyrical voice, and other healing instruments.

As you sit or recline comfortably, BreAnna will create cosmic waves of sound to help balance and cleanse the mind-body connection and soften the stress response. These sounds may facilitate a deep state of meditation, providing your entire being the space it needs to heal.

This therapy may help relieve the symptoms of anxiety, depression, insomnia, PTSD, and other stress related issues. It may also help with pain, auto-immune disorders, and chronic illness.
