Happy September! A few exciting things are happening in my world this month.
First, I’ve just confirmed details on two events I’ll be hosting with the Denver Data Storyteller’s meet-up group. If you’ve never heard of us before, we’re a guru-free community of individuals passionate about telling stories effectively with data. We’re hosting a happy hour on October 10th – email me to RSVP. In addition, we’re hosting a Viz Fair in partnership with General Assembly, which will help you learn about free and low-cost tools for data visualization, on November 7th (RSVP here). Both events are free and open to all!
Second, I’ll be presenting at the Colorado Nonprofit Association’s Annual Conference on October 21st. If you happen to be attending let me know – I’d love to see you at my session or catch up afterward.
Finally, I’m going on vacation… tomorrow! I’ll be out of the office until 9/24 in Munich, Germany, visiting one of my best friends from college. If you RSVP or respond to this email, I’ll be sure to follow up with you when I return.
