We want to thank all the families who came out for Team Night last Tuesday. This was a great event for families, teachers and community partners to learn, ask questions, and have conversations about our South Learning Community focused on student achievement. This week we will add the Team Night presentations to our South Webpage under the Academics tab.

Walk-a-Thon
Throughout the day last Friday (9-13-19) in science class, all the students listened to a presentation gearing them up for our annual Tiger Walk-a-thon fundraiser. Our Tiger Walk-A-Thon officially kicks off today (Monday) with the Walk happening in the afternoon on September 26th. Students have about 2 weeks to collect money this year. All materials and information for families was handed out to be sent home. Please ask your students for it!
6th Grade Lunches
We will begin providing the opportunity for students in the 6th grade lunch to have more freedom with where they are sitting and who they are sitting with. Students can choose their seat, but if you have 6th graders, please remind them that if they struggle following directions, we will provide a seat for them!
